Our Story

The business began in May 2017, with the intention of developing an efficient and approachable business, which we believe is the key to creating successful longstanding relationships. The main office is at Cradge Farm in Langtoft Fen, South Lincolnshire, which is at the heart of the businesses client base. Clients are located from North Lincolnshire down to the South Coast and Rutland across to Norfolk and include Owner and Occupier Farmers, Estates, Drainage Boards, Charities and Trusts.

With almost 25 years of experience in the property industry following on from many years of hands-on involvement in all aspects of the family farming business, Elizabeth has a great insight into a range of business types. Within 18 months of completing her degree, Elizabeth had completed both her RICS Diploma and become a fellow of the CAAV with a wealth of knowledge of farm account business restructuring and farm management, Elizabeth’s proactive approach creates opportunities for business to make their assets work for them.  

Lorraine joined us at a time of growth as Administrative Assistant to Elizabeth, Lorraine, being a social media and marketing expert, brings just the right skills to help the business continue to thrive.

Helen is a Administration Assistant to Elizabeth, helping the business expand and continue to provide efficient proactive advice to our client base. Helen has many years of experience in a variety of administration roles including working within the land agency world.
